1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpoofGlobal ("the Service"), including our Telegram bot, SIP infrastructure, and website at spoofglobal.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SpoofGlobal provides Voice over IP (VoIP) calling services with configurable outbound caller ID. The Service includes:
- SIP and IP2IP trunk provisioning
- Outbound caller ID configuration
- CLI and No CLI route access
- Account management via Telegram bot
- Cryptocurrency-based payment processing
- Reseller program access
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using SpoofGlobal, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
Accounts are created through the SpoofGlobal Telegram bot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and SIP credentials. You agree not to share your SIP account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service to make threats, harass, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Impersonating law enforcement, government agencies, or emergency services
- Using the Service for fraud, scams, or any deceptive schemes
- Making calls to emergency services (911, 112, 999, etc.) with spoofed caller ID
- Conducting robocalling, auto-dialing, or mass unsolicited calling campaigns
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service infrastructure
- Reselling access without authorization through the reseller program
- Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5a. User Conduct & Communication Standards
SpoofGlobal is operated by a small team and we expect mutual respect in all interactions. The following conduct is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination at our sole discretion:
- Verbally abusive, threatening, harassing, racist, sexist, or otherwise demeaning communication directed at SpoofGlobal staff, support agents, or other users — whether via Telegram, support channels, email, or any other medium
- Persistent rude, hostile, or contemptuous behavior toward staff, even after a warning
- Knowingly making false claims, frivolous complaints, or repeated bad-faith disputes designed to extract refunds, free credits, or other concessions
- Spamming, flooding, or otherwise abusing our support channels (e.g., dozens of messages per minute, repeated identical questions after answers, demands for instant response on non-emergency issues)
- Deliberately misusing the platform in ways that demonstrate willful negligence, bad faith, or intent to cause harm to the Service, our infrastructure, our staff, or other customers — what a reasonable operator would consider obviously inappropriate or stupid behavior
- Attempting to manipulate, deceive, social-engineer, or coerce SpoofGlobal staff into actions outside of normal Service operation
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent prior bans, refund denials, or rate limits
Where an account is terminated under this section, any remaining balance (deposits, profit balance, bonuses, credits) will be forfeited in full and is non-refundable. We will provide written notice of termination via the user's Telegram account but are not obligated to engage in further dialogue, dispute, or arbitration regarding such terminations. Our determination of conduct under this section is final.
This is not a punitive measure — it is a condition of using a service operated by humans who deserve to be treated with basic respect. The vast majority of users will never encounter this section. If you do, the balance forfeiture also offsets the operational time, resources, and emotional cost your behavior imposed on our team.
6. Payments and Billing
- Deposits are made via cryptocurrency through our integrated payment system. All deposits are final once confirmed.
- Billing is per-second (rounded to 6-second increments on applicable routes) and deducted from your account balance in real-time.
- Rates vary by route and are displayed in the Telegram bot before activation. Rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Minimum deposit amounts and processing fees are displayed at the time of payment.
- No refunds will be issued for used balance. Unused balance refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Route availability depends on upstream providers and may change without notice. Routes may be added, removed, or temporarily marked as unavailable at any time.
8. Privacy
We collect minimal user data required to operate the Service:
- Telegram user ID and username (for account management)
- SIP account credentials (for call routing)
- Call detail records (duration, destination, timestamp — for billing)
- Payment transaction records (for accounting)
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. Call content is not recorded, monitored, or stored by SpoofGlobal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of the SpoofGlobal platform are the property of SpoofGlobal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SpoofGlobal shall not be liable for:
- Call quality issues, dropped calls, or failed connections
- Caller ID not displaying correctly on the recipient's end
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Actions taken by upstream providers or carriers
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpoofGlobal, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. You may close your account by contacting support via Telegram. Upon termination:
- All SIP accounts will be immediately deactivated and any active calls dropped
- If termination is voluntary (initiated by you with no Terms violation), remaining unused deposit balance may be refunded at our discretion, less any processing fees
- If termination is due to violation of Section 5 (Acceptable Use), Section 5a (Conduct & Communication), or any other Term, all remaining balance — including deposits, profit balance, bonuses, and any pending credits — will be forfeited in full with no refund or compensation
- Call records, transaction history, and audit logs will be retained for a reasonable period for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational purposes
- You waive any claim, dispute, or chargeback against SpoofGlobal in connection with terminations resulting from Terms violations
13. Reseller Terms
Resellers operate under these same Terms and are additionally responsible for ensuring their sub-users comply with all provisions. Resellers set their own markup rates and manage their own user base. SpoofGlobal is not responsible for disputes between resellers and their sub-users.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram channel.
