1. GETTING STARTED

- Press Start — your account is created instantly
- Create a SIP account (tap Create SIP Account)
- Set your desired caller ID number

Tip: The entire setup takes under 5 minutes. You can start making calls as soon as your crypto deposit confirms.
2. SIP CLIENT SETUP
You need a SIP client (softphone) to make calls. We recommend Zoiper — it's free and works on all platforms.
Zoiper Setup (Recommended)
- Download Zoiper from your app store or zoiper.com
- Open Zoiper and skip the setup wizard
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Add Account
- Enter your SIP credentials from the bot:
- Domain/Host: Server IP shown in bot
- Username: Your SIP username
- Password: Your SIP password
- Set Transport to UDP
- Save — you should see "Registered" status
Other Supported Clients
- Linphone — Free, open-source (all platforms)
- Groundwire — Premium mobile client with push notifications ($14.99)
- MicroSIP — Free, lightweight Windows client
- 3CX — Free softphone (all platforms)
- Hardware phones — Grandstream, Yealink, Polycom, Cisco
See our detailed Zoiper guide or SIP client comparison for more.
3. CALLER ID
Your caller ID is the number that appears on the recipient's phone when you call. You can set it to any number you want.
Setting Your Caller ID
- In the bot, tap your SIP account
- Tap Change Caller ID
- Enter the number in international format (e.g.,
12125551234 for a US number)
- The change takes effect immediately on your next call
Tips for Caller ID
- Use international format without the + sign (e.g.,
12125551234 not +1 212 555 1234)
- You can change your caller ID as often as you want — there's no limit
- For the caller ID to display on the recipient's phone, you must use a CLI route
- No CLI routes are cheaper but the recipient may see "Unknown" instead of your number
Tip: For the best answer rates, use a local number matching the recipient's area code. People are 4x more likely to answer local calls.
4. ROUTES & PRICING
Routes determine how your call is delivered to the recipient. Each route has a rate, billing increment, and CLI/No CLI designation.
CLI vs No CLI
- CLI (Calling Line Identification) — Your chosen caller ID is displayed on the recipient's phone. Higher cost, but essential if the recipient needs to see your number.
- No CLI — Cheaper rates, but caller ID may show as "Unknown", "Private", or a random number. Good for calls where caller ID display doesn't matter.
Billing Increments
- 1/1 — Billed per second from the first second
- 6/6 — Billed in 6-second blocks (e.g., a 7-second call bills as 12 seconds)
How to Activate a Route
- In the bot, tap Change Route
- Browse available routes by country
- Each route shows: rate per minute, billing increment, CLI/No CLI
- Tap to activate — the route is applied to your SIP account immediately
Current Pricing
Rates vary by route and country. Check the bot for the latest pricing. Generally:
- USA No CLI: from $0.10/min
- USA CLI: from $0.24/min
- Canada CLI: from $0.05/min
- France CLI: from $0.10/min
- UK, Germany, and 100+ more countries available
5. DEPOSITS & BALANCE
How to Deposit
- Tap Deposit Funds in the bot
- Enter the amount in USD
- Select your cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.)
- Send the exact amount to the wallet address shown
- Balance is credited automatically after network confirmations
Confirmation Times
- USDT (TRC20) — ~1 minute
- Litecoin — ~2.5 minutes
- Ethereum — ~1-5 minutes
- Bitcoin — ~10-60 minutes
Checking Balance
Tap Balance & History in the bot to see your current balance, deposit history, and call spending.
Important: Send the exact cryptocurrency amount shown. Sending less may result in the deposit not being credited. If you have issues, contact
support.
6. IP2IP MODE
IP2IP authentication lets you make calls without SIP registration. Instead of username/password, your server's IP address is whitelisted. Any SIP traffic from that IP is accepted.
When to Use IP2IP
- You have a static IP address (office, datacenter, cloud server)
- You're running a PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, VICIdial)
- You want to route outbound calls from your existing phone system
- You need multiple concurrent calls from one connection
Setup
- Create a SIP account in the bot and select IP2IP mode
- Enter your server's public IP address
- Configure your PBX to route outbound calls to SpoofGlobal's server IP
- Calls from your whitelisted IP are accepted automatically
See SIP vs IP2IP explained for a detailed comparison.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Call Not Connecting / "Not Found" (404)
- Check that you have an active route — calls won't go through without one
- Make sure you're dialing in international format (e.g.,
12125551234 for US)
- Verify you have sufficient balance for at least one billing block
- Check if the route is currently available in the bot
Zoiper Shows "Unregistered" or "Forbidden"
- Double-check your username and password — they're case-sensitive
- Ensure the server/domain field has the correct IP address
- Set transport to UDP (not TCP or TLS)
- Check that port is 5060
- If using IP2IP, make sure your current IP matches the whitelisted IP
Caller ID Not Showing
- Make sure you're using a CLI route — No CLI routes don't guarantee caller ID display
- Verify your caller ID is set correctly in the bot (international format, digits only)
- Some carriers may override or filter caller ID regardless — this is carrier-dependent
Call Drops After a Few Seconds
- Check your internet connection — VoIP requires stable bandwidth
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- In Zoiper, set codec to G.711 (PCMU/PCMA) for best compatibility
- If using a VPN, try without it — VPNs add latency
"Request Timeout" (408)
- Your SIP client can't reach the server — check your internet connection
- Firewall may be blocking UDP port 5060 — ensure it's open
- Try a different network (switch WiFi/mobile data)

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cryptocurrency only — USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and 30+ other coins via OxaPay. No credit cards or bank transfers.
Is there a minimum deposit?+
The minimum deposit depends on the cryptocurrency and is shown in the bot when you initiate a deposit. Typically around $5-10 USD equivalent.
Can I use any phone number as my caller ID?+
Yes. You can set any phone number as your outbound caller ID. There are no restrictions on which numbers you can display. Use international format without the + sign.
What is the difference between CLI and No CLI?+
CLI (Calling Line Identification) routes display your chosen caller ID on the recipient's phone. No CLI routes are cheaper but may show "Unknown" or a random number. Choose CLI if the recipient needs to see your number.
What is SIP vs IP2IP?+
SIP uses username/password authentication and works from any IP address — best for mobile and personal use. IP2IP authenticates by your server's IP — no credentials needed, best for offices and PBX systems with static IPs.
Can I have multiple SIP accounts?+
Yes. You can create multiple SIP accounts under your Telegram user, each with different caller IDs and routes. Useful for different campaigns or concurrent calling.
What countries do you support?+
We support 100+ countries including USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and many more. Check the bot for the full list of available routes and rates.
How is billing calculated?+
Billing is per-second in either 1/1 or 6/6 increments depending on the route. For 6/6 billing, a 7-second call is billed as 12 seconds. You only pay for actual talk time — no monthly fees or minimum commitments.
