Call centers need granular control over outbound caller ID. Different campaigns, markets, and agents may need different numbers displayed. SpoofGlobal provides the SIP infrastructure to manage this at scale.
Create a SpoofGlobal SIP account for each agent. Each account has its own caller ID. Agents use softphones (Zoiper) to connect. Best for small teams (under 20 agents).
Connect your existing PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, VICIdial) to SpoofGlobal as an outbound SIP trunk using IP2IP authentication. Your PBX manages agents internally and routes outbound calls through SpoofGlobal. Best for established call centers.
Use SpoofGlobal's reseller program to manage a fleet of agents. Create sub-accounts, set custom rates, monitor usage, and manage billing centrally through the reseller Telegram bot.
Add SpoofGlobal as a SIP trunk in your Asterisk sip.conf or pjsip.conf. Use IP2IP mode — whitelist your PBX's public IP in the SpoofGlobal bot, then configure the trunk to route outbound calls to SpoofGlobal's server.
Create an external SIP profile pointing to SpoofGlobal. Route your outbound calls through this profile. FreeSWITCH will set the caller ID from your dialplan configuration.
Add SpoofGlobal as a SIP trunk provider in your admin panel. Enter the server IP, port 5060, and configure IP authentication. Set outbound caller ID per trunk or per campaign.
For different campaigns showing different numbers:

Yes. Configure SpoofGlobal as a SIP trunk in VICIdial's carrier settings. Use IP2IP authentication with your VICIdial server's public IP whitelisted.
Yes. Create separate SIP accounts for each agent or campaign, each with its own caller ID. Or use your PBX dialplan to set caller ID per outbound route.
